Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
By using the HAPPYDAYS website (happydaysegypt.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
About the website
The website presents HAPPYDAYS’s services in managing and operating apartments and hotel rooms, offers a travel guide and articles for property owners, and displays stays from booking partners.
Content and information
The articles and travel guide are for general information. We try to keep them accurate and up to date, but prices, schedules, visa requirements and laws may change, so always check with the official source before making a decision.
Income calculator and illustrative figures
The figures in the income calculator and in the sample monthly report on the owners’ page are estimates or illustrations and are not a promise of any particular income. Actual income is determined after the property has been inspected and depends on location, season and demand.
Owner requests and enquiries
Submitting the “List your property” form or any enquiry means that you are asking us to contact you; it does not create any contract or obligation for either party. Any agreement to manage a property is made by a separate written contract.
Booking through our partners
Stays shown from booking partners (such as Stay22, Booking.com and Agoda) are booked with those partners, and their own terms, prices and cancellation policies apply. HAPPYDAYS is not a party to these bookings and may receive a commission from the partner at no extra cost to you.
Intellectual property
The texts, design and logo are the property of HAPPYDAYS and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Some images are published under open licences from Wikimedia Commons, and their rights belong to their owners as stated under each image. Some illustrative images are generated with artificial intelligence, and this is stated beneath them.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website for anything unlawful, submit false data or another person’s data, or attempt to disrupt the website or access parts that are not available to visitors.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from reliance on general information on the website, nor for the content or services of the websites and partners we link to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date of the last update is shown at the top. Continuing to use the website after an update means that you accept the new terms.
